The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the responsibility of proactively handling a broad range of legal and regulatory compliance matters, supporting our clients.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, as a Legal &amp; Compliance Associate you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for the provision of legal support and advice mainly in the wider area of corporate, commercial and labor law as well as with respect to operational and regulatory compliance matters;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review of legal and corporate documentation (including agreements and contracts of a wide range of commercial law subject matters);<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external advisers (accounting officers, notary public, engineers etc and regulatory\/supervising authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Structure and handle litigation cases;<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate the Legal &amp; Compliance department files, cases and issues; keep up with deadlines; documenting actions and generating status reports;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be considered you should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Law (LLB) and an LL.M in commercial law related areas (in Contract &amp; Corporate Law);<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 years&#8217; solid working experience as a lawyer in the Contract &amp; Corporate Law sector or alternatively in a premier law firm specialized in corporate law;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in contract and commercial law, especially in regulatory related issues;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in dealing with complex legal &amp; regulatory compliance issues with significant financial impact;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple and demanding projects;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build relationships with co-workers, business partners and local supervising authorities;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment including with senior management;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage and meet deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are offering the opportunity for a rapid career development, working closely with a highly motivated team in a dynamic and fast- paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Seniority Level<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employment Type<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>e-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@aegeanconsulting.gr\">info@aegeanconsulting.gr<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job posting &nbsp; Corporate Lawyer Description We are looking for passionate and high skilled senior level Legal &amp; Compliance Associate to join our law firm.
