Aegean Consulting Group is an organization that aims to cover all the needs of the modern entrepreneur.

I graduated from the Higher Technological Educational Institution of Piraeus in the year 2004 as an accountant and from the Postgraduate Department of the University of Leicester in the year 2012 with specialization in Economics and Business Administration. I gained work experience as an accountant since the year 2000 keeping books of Commercial and Industrial companies, companies that operate Pleasure Boats and companies that provide all kinds of services. I am the founder of “Aegean Consulting” and the general manager and responsible for its operation.

I specialize in planning corporate forms to save taxes and safeguard the interests of the entrepreneur. I am responsible for the operation of more than 120 accounts of my clients of various sizes. I prepare on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis profit and loss accounts and balance sheets based on Greek Accounting Standards. I supervise and ensure the compliance and safe operation of the accounting offices based on the Greek tax legislation. I work with Certified Auditors Accountants for the orderly and correct operation of the annual audits for the issuance of Tax Certificates. I fully supervise and direct the correct installation and application of information systems in the accounting department for their full and adequate operation, training all accounting employees appropriately. I have extensive experience and expertise in payroll matters. I fully support accounting and tax cases of mergers and acquisitions with the application of development laws to save taxes and unnecessary burdens.
